When your test result is ready, you will receive a notification on the Maisa home page. The notification also shows the date of the event related to the test result. The event may be, for example, an appointment or a phone call during which the tests were ordered.
By default, test results are displayed in the Test Results section according to the event date, such as the date when the laboratory tests were ordered. Because of this, a test result may not be found under the date when the sample was taken or when the result became available.
If you prefer to view results according to the sample collection date, you can use the Individual Test Results filter in the Test Results section. Please note that the date shown for the test result may then differ from the date displayed in the notification on the home page.
Other filtering options in the Test Results section can also help you find your results. For example, you can group results by date or view only unread test results.
