Tips on how to use Maisa

Maisa is constantly developed to serve users in the best possible way. The development work is carried out as collaboration between Oy Apotti Ab, HUS Helsinki University Hospital, the City of Helsinki, and the Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services county.

In this document you will find information about the most important improvements made in Maisa. The information is also available in Maisa through this path: Menu > Information on Maisa > What’s new in Maisa?

Finding your test results is now easier

On the Test results page, you can now filter your results in many ways. For example, you can group results by date or view only unread results, making it easier to keep track of your information.

The questionnaire summary page has been removed

Maisa’s questionnaires have been updated with a clearer layout. A separate summary page will no longer be shown before answers are submitted. This makes questionnaires quicker and easier to complete and reduces the risk of leaving them unfinished.

The To-Do page has been renamed

The To-Do Page is now called Care Companion, and its usability has also been improved. When you open the page, you’ll see both incomplete and upcoming tasks in one view. This helps ensure that nothing important is missed. Previously, only tasks due that day were displayed.

Upcoming Tests and Procedures is now Follow-up Care

The Upcoming Tests and Procedures page has a new name: Follow-up Care. The page contains examinations, procedures and other orders related to your care. You can still search for the page in the menu using its previous name, “Upcoming Tests and Procedures”.
