You can join the cancellation waiting list in Maisa when booking your appointment or later if you already have an appointment scheduled. The feature is available for some appointments. Through the cancellation waiting list, you may be offered an earlier appointment if one becomes available.
You will receive an offer for a new appointment in Maisa, along with a notification via email or text message, depending on your notification settings. If you are on the cancellation waiting list, please make sure that notifications are enabled in your settings.
In Maisa, you can accept or decline the offered appointment. The offered cancellation slot is reserved for you for 15 hours.
If you accept the new appointment, your original appointment will be automatically cancelled. If you decline the offer, your original appointment will remain unchanged. Declining an offer does not remove you from the cancellation waiting list.
